Is This A New Product From MTN

 I was reading some timeline update on facebook today and I came across an image which might be or might not be from MTN. I am just confused about the image , if you can remember during election something of this nature came up , and people were saying that MTN is advertising for PDP with their rechareg card, what are we going to say about this?

Is like MTN is  trying to inveast in this kind of product? If yes will Nigerians buy such? Or is this a new where of selling recharge card ?
